For investors, please note the following general fees:

  • Tenant Placement: 100% of one month’s rent

  • Monthly Management Fee: 10% of monthly rent collected - minimum of $200

Estimated Pricing and Fees

  • Move-in Fee. $250

    Once a qualified tenants is selected, tenant will be responsible for a move-in fee of $250

  • Plumber. $75-150/hr

    For those leaky faucets, running toilets, etc expect a plumber to be $75-150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum

  • HVAC Tech. $75-150/hr

    When that thermostat is just not reaching the desired temperature, look for an HVAC Tech to be $75-150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum

  • Electrician. $50-125/hr

    From wall plug not working to built-in microwave no longer heating, an electricitian will be the solution at $50-125 per hour with a 2-hour minimum

  • Handyman. $50-100/hr

    Whether one of the tenants accidently knocks a hole in the wall or a door is falling off the hinges, a handyman will do at a price of $50-100 per hour with a 2-hour minimum

  • Landscaper. $50-100/hr

    If that July/August summer sun kill those plants, then a landscaper will do just the trick to remove and replant at $50-100 per hour. Most jobs will be longer than an hour

  • Roofer. $50-100/hr

    Leaky roof? Shingles shifted? Roofing missing? Sounds like a job for a roofer at $50-100 per hour, noting most jobs will be longer than one hour
